What We Do

We provide rapid, professional, and expert clinical services to many partners across Kent, Medway, London and Sussex.

As a leading provider of therapeutic attachment and trauma informed services, we work both privately, with the NHS and Local Authorities to help children and young people experiencing emotional, cognitive, social difficulties and presenting with challenging behaviours.

Building upon our existing specialism in the children and young people’s sector, we provide targeted services for individuals or organisation’s where our priority is to support children and young people to feel better and improve their emotional, cognitive, and social health and wellbeing. We do this by only using treatments and therapies that are concordant with the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) and have been proven to be evidence-based and are in line with National Guidelines for working with children and young people who are or have been looked after.

Although we are a new service, we are a growing and have several specialist associates working alongside the Strategic and Clinical Lead, Lesley and Jill. We partner regularly with professional teams in the Southeast (including London) to provide therapeutic assessments, treatments, consultancy, and training.

Taking the first step

We understand that seeking help may feel daunting. Connect B4 Correct will put you at ease by offering a free 15-minute telephone conversation with one of our clinicians; this initial consultation will give you, as caregiver, the opportunity to briefly outline your concerns about your child or young person. This may lead to an initial assessment with one of our Correct B4 Connect team; if we are not best suited to help, we will try to guide you to a more suitable service.

Initial assessment with Connect B4 Correct

As part of the initial assessment, we will meet you and your young person to better understand your concerns and challenges. Further information will be gained from this assessment, which will allow us to build a bespoke support programme. At no point during or after the initial assessment are you under any obligation to continue with the assessment or therapy.

Therapeutic solutions

We are able to offer a range of evidence and research-based therapies, which will be offered to you following the assessment, if you would like to continue with a therapeutic approach. The clinician you met with during the initial assessment will be on-hand to assist you with your decision as to which therapeutic solutions will be best for your needs; if you decide to proceed, you will be matched with the most suitable clinician to support you. We offer the following therapy and services:
